It looks at the people who work in this industry and what they actually do when planning all aspects of a holiday from travel to hotels and apartments to activities and catering.

Through this course you will experience, develop and reflect on a variety of skills needed to work in the travel and tourism industry. The course will be largely hands-on, involving a variety of roll play situations which will allow you to experience real scenarios related to Travel and Tourism.
