Unit 1 - Personal Development: Self and Work - explore where to look for and how to apply for jobs; prepare CV, cover letter; take part in a mock interview; reflect on your strengths, areas for development and next steps.
Unit 2 - Preparing for Work: - explore behaviours in the workplace and their impact on you, your colleagues and employer; explore health and safety legislation, responsibilities and why it is important.
Unit 3 - Enterprise Skills- explore the skills and qualities of a successful entrepreneur; research, develop and create your own mini enterprise project.
Work Experience - take part in work experience and reflect on your experiences.
